Our business was born in 2013 from the enthusiasm and fascination towards the world of food, in the search for new frontiers on which to develop and transform materials first in quality foods suitable for everyone.
What we do
We produce gluten-free foods intended for the diet of celiacs and beyond. Our flours come from mills specialized in gluten-free.
In the artisan laboratory and in our store you will find fresh and fragrant products for celiacs in Rome every day, prepared with ingredients of high nutritional quality.
Our organic and zero-mile foods offer health, taste and well-being to consumers. Here you will find various types of bread, fresh filled pasta, pizza and a large variety of desserts.
